Delivery Policy
We offer a specialized delivery service for our Auckland Urban customers, designed to ensure your order arrives fresh and on time.
Delivery Schedule
- Delivery Day: Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Delivery Area: Auckland Urban only
(Please check your postcode at checkout to confirm eligibility)
Delivery Timeframe
- Your order will arrive between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Sunday and between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PMÂ on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during this window.
Order Cut-Off
- To receive your order on Saturday or Sunday, please place it before Thursday 9 AM NZST.
- To receive your order on Thursday or Friday, please place it before Tuesday 9 AM NZST.
- Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the following Sunday.
Delivery Eligibility
- We currently deliver to urban addresses within Auckland.
Rural addresses, PO Boxes, and areas outside Auckland Urban are not eligible at this time.
Important Notes
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on Sunday.
- If your address falls outside our delivery zone, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
- Minimum order weight: 3kg
