How It All Began
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Wilson found himself searching for a better way to feed his dogs—something natural, nourishing, and truly aligned with their needs. It started with a simple idea: sourcing what nature provided. When he began hunting possums, he discovered his dogs not only loved the raw, wild food but also thrived on it.
Their energy levels surged, their coats gleamed, and their overall well-being transformed. It wasn’t just a coincidence—feeding them raw possum was unlocking something remarkable. Wilson shared the raw food with friends, and their dogs experienced the same incredible benefits.
That’s when it hit him: this wasn’t just a personal breakthrough—it was an opportunity to change how dogs everywhere are nourished. With a passion for pets and a commitment to sustainability, Wilson founded Bush to Bowl, bringing the wild, wholesome nutrition of nature to dogs across New Zealand.
