Refunds and Returns Policy

At Bush to Bowl, we stand by the quality and freshness of our products. We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’re here to help if anything isn’t quite right.

Our Commitment to Quality

If you have any concerns about a product you’ve received from Bush to Bowl, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a credit to your account (excluding shipping costs). To ensure we can assist you, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order.

Cancellations & Order Changes

As our products are perishable, please choose carefully before placing an order. Under New Zealand consumer law, we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.

However, if you do need to adjust or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at 021 426 046. If we can intercept your order before it has been dispatched, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or offer a credit for future purchases.
